Successful approaches to creating the perfect customer journey

If you have implemented an initiative that has resulted in the perfect (or close to perfect) customer journey, we encourage you to enter the UFI Operations & Services Award competition.

Organisers and Venues appreciate the importance of customer centricity, ensuring customers benefit from show attendance, this is your turn to reap the glory from your efforts.

Submit your proven customer journey initiative and stand a chance of being crowned the winner of the 2017 Operations & Services Award.

The winner of the award will have the right to display the “UFI Award Winner Logo” on any communication and/or marketing collateral.

The winner will also have the opportunity of presenting their initiative to their industry peers at the Annual Global Congress taking place in November.

The deadline for submissions is the 13 January 2017 – diarise now to not miss out!
